UDIA Award for Urban Renewal, 2006

UDIA Award WinnerThe Village has won a prestigious UDIA Award in Victoria two years in a row.

On the most recent occasion, judges cited the six-star energy rating of the houses, the well-considered master plan, and in particular the successful integration with the local community.

Coomera Waters
Queensland: EnviroDevelopment

We’ve won more than our share of awards in Queensland, too.

The 1,300-lot Coomera Waters was awarded five EnviroDevelopment ‘leaves’ symbolising achievements in areas of water, energy, ecosystems, community and waste management. Only five developments Australia-wide have received this accolade.
